Tragically, Cally Houck lost both her daughters, Raechel and Jacqueline, because of a safety recall that caused their car to catch on fire and lose steering. Now, car dealers like CarMax are pushing for a law in California that would allow them to sell recalled used cars with lethal safety defects like the one that killed Raechel and Jacquie.
