Carlow Skatepark is a brilliant addition to the town, but we are now in winter where darkness falls at 5pm most days. Lighting is a must as it’s very dangerous to use the park in the dark as there is zero visibility, people who who work all day and would like to use the park more would greatly appreciate it, and it could help reduce anti social behaviour as Gardai can see what’s happening from the road.
