Capital Metro is proposing to eliminate Route #18 and #21/22 service along Exposition Blvd. 

After these routes are removed, it is extremely unlikely that Cap Metro will be able re-establish bus service along Exposition. I don’t understand why they would remove this corridor that provides the only north/south travel west of MoPac.

My son (as well as many other students) takes the #21 home from O.Henry Middle School every day. He and his friends love the freedom and independence they get from taking public transportation. I am proud that my son knows how to use Cap Metro transit, and that he uses it not only to go to/from school, but to go to his youth group at church, and to go for a swim at Deep Eddy pool. The experiences he is gaining using public transportation help him gain independence and confidence, while at the same time are helping to develop a lifelong transit rider and supporter.
