Last Fri the Cape Cod Times ran a front page story on the lawsuit! I was happy that they went with my idea of that sign for the photo. I think it really illustrates how arbitrary and ridiculous the Seashore's policies are. What you also can't see is the smoldering bonfire behind my kite leftover from the previous evening's festivities. These activities are sanctioned by CCNS presumably because they are not as harmful to nesting and staging shorebirds as kiteboarding, a watersport. We should receive a reply to the lawsuit this week, so please send some good vibes our way!
