Sam and Natasha dearn have lived on Lucerne for all there life’s they have recently lost there mum Tracey to COVID the council are now making them homeless as they was not on the tenant agreement with no help from the council until they are on the streets. These sisters have lived in this house for over 40 years surely they have a right to take over the tenant agreement and stay in there family home.
