Cancel the Proposed Weekend Hours Reduction and Reopen Our Pool

Cancel the Proposed Weekend Hours Reduction and Reopen Our Pool
The Issue
The Proposed Changes: UCSF is proposing that the Millberry Fitness Center weekend hours be reduced from 8am - 6pm to 8am - 1pm.
We, the undersigned members of the Millberry Fitness Center at UCSF Parnassus, urgently petition management to cancel the proposed weekend hours reduction scheduled to take effect November 1st and to finally address the long-term closure of our pool facility. After tolerating the pool closure for several years, this additional service reduction while maintaining full membership prices is unacceptable.
Our Specific Demands:
- Cancel the impending weekend hours reduction
- Provide a transparent timeline for pool reopening
- If budget constraints exist due to lack of UCSF funding, explore alternative funding models with member input
