Taxpayers are being forced to fund the defence of a terrorist who 'allegedly' committed mass atrocities at Bondi on the 14th December 2025, a decision which crosses a moral line and shatters public trust.

This Terrorist is being represented by Legal Aid appointed Barrister Ken Buckman. How or why anyone could defend the actions are beyond me.

Families grieve lost loved ones while workers hand over tax dollars, then government redirects public money to lawyers for a terror accused. This choice insults victims, mocks grief, and shows contempt for every person who plays by the rules.

Legal aid struggles to support victims. Courts delay justice. Support services ration help. At the same time, resources flow toward defending acts which tore through a public place and shattered lives.

The message sent to Australians feels rotten and clear. Commit mass violence against civilians and the state steps in with funding and protection.

Australians never agreed to this. Victims never consented. Taxpayers never approved.

Public money should protect society and support victims, not defend terror. End taxpayer funded legal aid for terror offences, redirect funds to those harmed, and draw a hard line now.

Legal Aid NSW & The Commonwealth Government need to step in NOW! All rights were lost when 15 innocent lives were lost.
