Here in Canada, access to the Internet, Telephones, Television, and Cellphones are controlled by basically 3 companies, all of which have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.  They do not want to provide adequate access to their services at a reasonable rate.  The cable subsidiaries of these companies have not made available any information on "Skinny Basic" or "Pick and Pay" even though they are legally required to role out these services in 10 days.  Now the latest decision of the CRTC is to allow Rogers to block access to their cellphone towers from both Ice Mobile (found in the far North) and to Sugar Mobile, a cellphone subsidiary of Ice Mobile.  Sugar Mobile offers a monthly cell package at $19 per month, as opposed to more than $50 for the oligarchs.  They need access to Rogers towers to make this happen.  Ice Mobile has such a deal with Rogers now, but won't extend it to Sugar Mobile and has now threatened to pull out of the deal with Ice Mobile, leaving customers without access for their cellphones in many areas.  This is unacceptable.  The power of the oligarchs to destroy potential competition is too great, and CRTC does not keep to its mandate to protect consumers from the BIG THREE.  Break them NOW!
