Visa Facilitation Services VFS of Canada in India are closed from Covid-19 peak times. But now the case load and the impact of Covid-19 in India has diminished by a great extent resulting in reopening of all the services in the country. 

But VFS global and other offices of Canadian High Commission in India are still working behind closed doors with lesser staff & tremendous workload. As all other services (national or international) have already begun, VFS offices must REOPEN immediately as limited or no service is provided currently which has caused a great distress in prospect Students who have applied or are planning to apply. 

As Study Permits are given only after submitting Biometric details, so either applicants should be called for submission in a stage-process or any other way, restarting service at earliest.
