Bikini coffee opened a new location in our neighborhood off Seltice Way, which is directly in violation of Idaho Statutes section 18-1514. The employees are said to wear bikinis, but dress in thongs and lingerie that barely covers anything more than the women's nipples, while working in plain sight from public roads. When on our cities public property, we do not have to put up with ourselves and our children being exposed to these scenes! If this was a business that you had to enter to see nudity, I would not bother. However, the coffee stands sizeable windows makes it something we can't avoid! Sign this petition to bring it to the attention of the Post Falls City Council. If we can not rid our small town of this vulgarity, as it is a legitimate business, Can't Resist Coffee needs to be required to put up privacy fences to avoid violating Idaho Statutes section 18-1514. It is not right to have our youths exposed to these unsought assaults on their innocence.

(The Can't Resist Coffee stand has posted many incriminating pictures on the business social media pages of employees in the act of the lewd conduct stated in section 18-1514, which would not be in violation had they not been in front of large windows in direct sight of persons on public property).
