Petition updateCampaign for Legal consumer focused Protection for Consumers Of Legal ServicesI Got a Reply from Goverment

I sent these emails some time ago, I Had to take a break from it as it triggers my condition and equally if I don’t deal with it drags on me, it’s just a never ending cycle of balancing my everyday life and the damage you can’t get rid of until Justice is done, I can finally begin to move on, and that is why I fight, to move on….to do all the things I hanker to do, and to make a difference to other people’s lives who need this system to Radically change so that they too can move on…so that they can begin to heal and pick up their lives again.
To also know by dismantling a system that only serves to disadvantaged, and obstruct fair and proper process of law, no one else will ever be put through the hell of the damage that “predatory Solicitors Corrupt business men/women and their network of contacts within every organisation that the public places its trusts, Banks & Public Bodies, will ever be subjected to such an unforgiving and obstructive process.
What I have tried to Convey to the Government is that there is no protection for consumers of legal services, nor is there Accountability for the damage that they have set out to deliberately cause, and carried out with impunity because their victim is not capable of ever succeeding holding them to account before the law, this is a criminal’s paradise.
Further to that no victim is recorded as a “victim of crime” on the police data base, nor are the crimes or the accused of the crimes, therefore the likelihood of prosecutions is Zero.
This is wholly unacceptable, yet no MP has seriously sat down and Looked at what the Government has implemented as an adequate process for Victims of corrupt predatory solicitors.
I have made the case for why the Police do not investigate, even before a decision is taken on a victims report of crime to the police, there is an agreement in place a Voluntary MOU between the ACPO & The law society, that any such report by a member of the public has an effect that puts them outside the “codes of Practice” for Victims of crime, such victims don’t get as far as making a stamen, because it has been decided that it is in the best interest for the law society to deal with the complaint against the solicitor, which only has one outcome, the solicitor is protected.
What this Government is ignoring is the Police and the Law society act in the best interests of the Law society, who acts in the best interests of the “Predatory Solicitor”
I am asking who is acting in the public interest? The Government have created a system that left people like me in a unprotected situation were by there was not a chance in hell that we could have stop the crime, and equally not a hells chance of the crimes being prosecuted.
This Government is presiding over a system created that offers no protection for the public, consumers of legal services.
Anyway….
I got a reply from the then Rt Hon Michael Gove’s Department.
And it is just that a “reply” it6s not an answer by any stretch of the imagination,
It is what probably hundreds before me have received from governmental offices.
It’s a standard letter, but always, always they use the get out clause they “can’t get involved with an individual case”
It is breath taking to think that they read the issues I raised, and then formulated this reply.
The Government are partly, if not wholly to blame for allowing such a system to persist knowing the damaged that it has caused, and is causing to thousands of people who have had the misfortune to have been targeted by a “Predatory solicitor/s” and other professionals, the victim is faced with a system that is nothing more than a “paper Tiger” and overwhelming and daunting to embark upon on your own, if you have been severely damaged it is an impossible process to go through.
No matter how overwhelming your case is against the offender, what comes into play is a resistance in taking Action on behalf of the victim, or they don’t have the powers to, or those that do have the powers fob you off, Justice is obstructed at every turn for the victims, sometimes your even advice to see a solicitor!
In the end your right back where you started, that takes a lot of planning to make sure anyone one defrauded by a solicitor always ends this way
It’s been that way for far too long that is why I am taking this to Government.

Dear Mr Gove
I have taken the time to write to you because of the difficulties that I am faced with as a victim of Crime. there is no access to Justice for Victims defrauded By Corrupt solicitors.
I have sent this email to the home secretary to take up my case as I hope you will also to combat the inequality, and obstruction of Justice that is preventing those who stole my Property to be held to account under the Laws Prescribed and set down By Parliament which I believed that I was protected with, until it came to accessing these protocols by firstly reporting the offences to the police.
This door to Justice is being operated and Guarded By the two Private Companies The ACPO and the Law Society by way of a memorandum of understanding.
This is utterly unacceptable. Please Read My email to the Home Secretary and the campaign that I have set up, in an effort to expose the system that I and others have been abandoned to My Government.
Victims of corrupt solicitors do not even have consumer protection, I have more protection in the retail service than I would in the legal service industry which is a very over baring and overpowering force for victims of crime committed by corrupt solicitors, which they have induced our Public police force to be equally opposing in matters of crime and Justice.
Yours Sincerely

Dear Ms Ferrie,
Thank you for your email of 30 April, addressed to the Rt Hon Michael Gove MP, about the conduct of a solicitors firm. Your letter has been transferred to the Legal Services Regulation Team to reply.
May we first say that the legal profession is independent of government, and is regulated by approved regulators for which the Legal Services Board (LSB) has oversight responsibility. The approved regulators and LSB are also independent of government, as are the bodies which deal with complaints about those in the legal profession. For this reason, it would not be appropriate for Ministers or their officials to intervene in nor comment on individual cases. We hope however that you will find the following information helpful.
As you are dissatisfied with how the Solicitors’ firm has dealt with your complaint, you may wish to contact the Legal Ombudsman, which is the single body established by the Office for Legal Complaints, for dealing with all complaints about legal services. The Legal Ombudsman is the first point of contact for all complaints about an individual’s own legal professional. Details of the Legal Ombudsman are as follows:
Legal Ombudsman
Po Box 6806
Wolverhampton
WV1 9WJ
Website: www.legalombudsman.org.uk
Telephone: 0300 555 0333
We should also add that if, in addition to complaining about the conduct of a solicitor, you are seeking criminal sanctions against an alleged fraudulent lawyer, then it would be a matter for the police to investigate. If the police consider, after investigation, that there is a case to answer they will place the matter before the Crown Prosecution Service for action. We are unable to comment as to the level of evidence the police will require before they will take action. We can only suggest that you contact your local police station for further assistance if you choose to pursue this avenue.
Yours sincerely,
Ministry of Justice
Legal Services Regulation Team
