Chris Williamson is an avid campaigner against corruption. A local MP in Derby I see his campaigns and demos splashed all over twitter. I have sent him my campaign at least a half dozen times, I’ve ASKED FOR HIS HELP AND SUPPORT after all this is corruption on his own door step of Derby. Not a dickie bird have I heard from him, not one tiny squeak on twitter, so I can safely assume this is not his bag. I would therefore have to question his Motives for campaigning against corruption, is it JUST to be followed by a crowd? To keep his political career afloat? The campaigners themselves are genuine in their fight against corruption, is Chris Williamson Just a Crowd pleaser? Only he can answer these questions. The story so far with the police. Their persistence to get me to initiate a complaint against Derbyshire Police goes back to 2012 as you will see in the letter I have provided this letter was sent to me just a few short months after losing my partner Karen. A letter dated 26 September 2012. This came about when I came face to face with one of our tormenters and fraudster, I was at that time seeing a bereavement councillor, after that chance encounter, I went into a mental health crises were I was referred to community mental health services, to not have been affected by the Trauma of 4yrs of harassment, invasion of privacy, intimidation, and threats and then have your house stolen from under you, you would have to be a Robot. This letter clearly indicates that the Police themselves have and are the instigators of initiating “ A police complaint” When there is no evidence that I have or intend to make a complaint against Derbyshire Police, this is purely in the interests of preventing the convictions of those responsible for the crimes committed in the fraudulent possession of our Property. The Detective who is named and supposedly has conducted an extensive investigation, I met him only once, he came to my house with a DC, he did not produce his warrant Badge, therefore he was not on official police business, he then proceeded to talk to me about a RUDDY FENCE an argument created by the fraudsters, which had already been dealt with in court on the 29th of July 2004 the judge dismissed that argument, further to that he went on to say the matters that I reported were “civil” I have a witness to his visit. The Matters of crime That I reported was Harassment, Perverting the course of Justice, breaches of data Protection, unauthorised Phone tapping, property Fraud, Mortgage Fraud, unauthorised access to Bank accounts, false allegations made to the police for malicious Purpose. I note in all correspondence from the police that no assessment has been made in accordance with Victims codes of practice. I also note the police are careful not to name the above offence in any of their correspondence, I believe I am entitled to know what Evidence the police are reliant on to say “no crimes or evidence has been found”? This is why I have requested a Freedom of Information, for which I have had no reply as of yet? Dated 28th September 20012. The letter sent My MP in respect of my reports of crime made to the police in respect of the theft of our Property from the divisional commander at Derbyshire Police. The same commander who has not declared an association with the land to be developed which the fraudsters needed our property with its right of way to cash in on a land development deal. In this letter is further evidence of “victim abuse” that is statements invented to vilify the victim of crime, I will state for the record my Complaint against our former solicitor “has not been before the solicitor’s regulatory authority” as stated in my campaign a corrupt case worker a pen pusher blocked my complaint from going to the SRA. The same case worker found out for sending private correspondence about my complaint to the address of 273 Chellaston Road, providing the fraudster with all my information. I contacted my MP who contacted the chief executive of the law society, all I got was a letter from said chief executive praising the Case Workers attributes. Although I do have a letter apologising for this deliberate breach, from the standards department of the law society, so proof does exist that he was involved in the cover up of our former Solicitor JMT, and the cover up of the involvement of John David Cort convicted solicitor for murder. The same case worker went against his codes of practice and regulations to set us up with another law firm, in Nottingham whom he had a direct association with, this is a massive conflict of interest. They also went on to defraud us, first by sabotaging our claims against the vendor who sold us the property, and the conveyancing solicitor who was negligent. Next whilst supposed to be representing these claims and the claim against JMT our former solicitor, They then decided to represent us in a claim brought by Our Nieghbours to enforce a charging order they claimed to have attached to our property, worth £64,000. They wanted to go to court to do this. This Nottingham based solicitors did not provide us with a terms of service contract to represent us, in this matter, therefore they acted criminally. Further to that the outcome of the court hearing (which incidentally did not take place, this was only for us to believe that it had~) was to produce some sort of possession order, these Solicitors that the case worker at the LS set us up with took our house keys for the purpose of giving them to the fraudsters. Karen and I were extremely vulnerable at all times from start to finish of this despicable fraud. This Nottingham based law firm were also supposed to sue our former solicitor, but discontinued the claim, once they had the keys from us, and announced their discontinuance of the claim against JMT on the day Karen was diagnosed with terminal cancer. This led to JMT who conducted a Fraud in a conspiracy with our Nieghbours to hound us whilst Karen was undergoing a major operation to remove part of her Lung, he brought a claim against us for over £14,000. This is a man who failed to protect our interests, who took money from us, who conspired to pervert the course of Justice, who did all of this without being legally contracted to take money from us, act or represent us in any matter legal or otherwise, this is the crime the police are saying was not committed. The law firm in Nottingham had certain Knowledge that he was guilty of acting criminally in respect our property, and representation with no legal contract to act, The Law firm in Nottingham had certain knowledge that there was no Charge of £64,000 attached to our property as our nieghbours had claimed, land registry documents confirm this. In 2004/2005 Both the police and the Law society had opportunities to act that would have prevented our suffering and loss, this is why I am here 11yrs later, having uncovered the corruption, and cover ups involved in protecting the criminals who stole our property after committing numerous criminal offences against us in full view of the police. What will emerge from this is that Derbyshire police assisted and supported the offenders in securing documents complied by the police and the nieghbours to threaten and keep us from returning to court, all part of perverting the course of justice. So when the police accuse me of “abuse” our nieghbours were permitted to abuse police services, in order to make false allegation against us, all carried out “surreptitiously” the police were involved from day one of us being targeted for crime. Derbyshire police were at our nieghbours their” beckon call” and were conducting the matter as a criminal case against us, and not a civil case. Another emerging fact in this case: - Given the evidence of John David Cort’s criminal offences in the taking of our property, it will be interesting to see if Derbyshire police crossed referenced his offences of property fraud in the “police central crime data base” Please continue to support my campaign, the public must be informed of what they are up against when they become victims of corrupt solicitors, Follow my case as it happens. I have provided a link to a case involving a man posing as a solicitor, when you read the difficulties they had in reporting this man who preyed on disabled people, the similarities a strikingly accurate to my efforts in reporting my corrupt solicitor. Being told its “civil” what did the law society do? No one helped these people, no one was prepared to investigate on their behalf. They should have supported these vulnerable people, just as we were vulnerable people. The Minute the Police see the word “SOLICITOR” they are not prepared to look at the crimes. Some of these innocent individuals have committed suicide. All Praise to disability rights, and the eventual Police investigation that stopped this man’s despicable crimes. Ms Ferrie stated that a number of people and institutions have acted in concert in a criminal conspiracy to defraud her of her property. This has been extensively investigated by Detective Inspector and he can find no evidence from Ms Ferrie or third parties to show that this is the case. Detective Inspector Prince has also looked into the allegations Ms Ferrie makes about her solicitor and has concluded there is no criminal act involved. He has also highlighted that Ms Ferrie has made 'numerous' complaints to the Law Society/Solicitor 's Regulation Authority about her solicitor and these complaints have not been upheld. To conclude, there is the nothing more the Police can do regarding the matters raised by Ms Ferrie.
