We never thought in a million years that buying a house could lead to this. We were ordinary people, we did all the things that most people do in life, we socialised, we had barbeques, we also had the beauty and tranquilly of a garden when you've worked hard as Karen did,, her Job was physically and mentally demanding, she was the most popular among her work mates, that's Karen in the white, she was a caring, witty, funny, warm, intelligent with a laugh and a character no one can ever forget, she is missed by so many, Gone Too Soon. She had that adorable smile for everyone she met, there has never in all the 25yrs together did ever hear a bad word against her. she was adored by her mother, and a so loved family member. their lives were destroyed also, her mum died within a year, broken hearted her only daughter of 4 brothers, and Auntie, a niece, a sister in-law, a best friend, and my every day. To have a garden to unwind in after a hard day’s work is what helps us to have balance in your life. But one day that all stopped for us we were deprived of even our basic enjoyment. CAB, the court services Financial Services Ombudsman, The Legal Ombudsman, other Solicitors, My MP who to be fair has done what she could, and at least she has in the past tried to help. (and hope she will continue to give me some support.) But the law society has the final say. And that is never in your favour, it’s just not allowed end of Every organisation, Public Body, the Financial Industry, Accept the Law Society’s Ruling, and that’s how the legal industry if they say the complaint against the solicitor is unfounded, who tells them they are wrong? What gives the Law Society the right to hold judgment over a complaint made against a solicitor, where they can only act in the interest of their members is this Banana’s or what? The LS was at the time granted the regulatory power to deal with complaints made by the public, I want to ask who the hell made that decision? who in their right mind would think for a minute that the LS in practice would act in the public interest, consumer friendly independent, this is what victims of corrupt and negligent were being fed, it was all window dressing, but the public don’t know that until they are sent on a path, that thousands have tread before you…. the road to hell We went through all this, until our health was driven to dangerous levels, those levels were to cost Karen her life. But still they continued with harassment intimidation, invasion of Privacy, making false allegations to the police, the police were not only be complicit, standing by while all these crimes were being carried out, they were actually assisting them behind the scenes, our medical records were accessed you can’t imagine how violated and angry we felt, at the same time suffering what I could call only “Hate Crime” Being Jehovah’s they took every opportunity to show their contempt for, often calling us “criminals” that and our corrupt solicitors distain of GBLT he does not have any gay employees, the is his choosing, it meant the viciousness, and “the fair game” attitude they took, placed us on a different social standing to them, The deputy IT Manager at our local hospital was a family of member nieghbours,(and has our house in her possession along with 3 other family members) after and before, working hours, holidays weekends, her after work activities were to stalk our property, taking photographs so intrusively, it would make your blood boil, and feel a stomach wrenching intensity that you actually throw up, you can do nothing about it, the same as we could do nothing about, the “secret Audio tapping” the 24/7 surveillance of two covert cameras over every area of our property, no signs to say they are using CCTV, the normal laws and rules don’t apply to them, passing tapes of us and children in our care to third parties without our knowledge. They could do whatever they wanted, with impunity, why would the police not want to protect us? We were subjected to this for years, then our house taken from under us, while they laughed all the way to the Bank, we had the stress of trying to find some where to live with our dog and cats`, Karen was going through tests at that time, she began to get one chest infection after another, but things got delayed because we had to find somewhere to live in 8 wks. with all our possessions, both of us very ill and facing homelessness. We did not get as much as a phone call from our Bank, no letter, nothing signed by us. Just A supposed possession order to sell our house it wasn’t drawn up by the court, but by the corrupt solicitors themselves, and of course it wasn’t signed, WE did not know that at the time, we had never been involved in legal action, we were being told by solicitors this was the law. Even though we knew it wasn’t there was nothing we could do about, believe me we tried everything. They were going to get what they wanted and that was that. The Order its self is full of inaccurate dates, it gives no provision in Law on which it was granted, it is printed on a document that you can download load ready made from a business website, if there was no were to go to Tell us that the Document was a False Document what can you do? This would Most Certainly have been Noticed by all the Solicitors, the law society, our local council, whom we had to register for emergency housing, the housing officer looked at the court order and said “this can’t have been done from Birmingham, it’s got to be in Derby, I have never seen one like this before Our corrupt solicitor said it’s a personal matter you have to take up yourselves, an you believe that, the vile human being that he is, he allowed the constant photographs being taken the filming the audio taping, the stalking it was all designed to cause us Trauma, our corrupt solicitor and all those involved were behind the scenes hammering out their cut of the investment pie that our property would bring, our solicitor made sure we did not get our evidence to court, and cut a deal. they all conspired in perverting the course of Justice, to advance their planned fraud, he agreed a consent order again not drawn up by the court, another document that can be ready made off the same Business website, he signed to give up all our protected rights, pay £64,000 to our neighbour, agree to let them fence off all of our property, they accrued this figure in 6months together with the £14,000 our corrupt solicitor fleeced from us, while he kept up the pretence that we would be returning to court. He did all this without providing a Terms of Service Contract, this is a criminal offence just to prosecute that crime alone is the difference between me receiving Justice, and being denied Justice. It is Upon Our Law enforcement to uphold the rule of law, were a crime has been committed the law will prosecute that crime, the public have a right to the protection of life and Property, the public deserve that our police be independent, and discharge their Duties with integrity, diligence, and respect for the victim. The regulators, in the public interest but take whatever action necessary to rid the legal industry of those who deliberately use the tools of their trade to abused, damage, pillage clients’ money, assets, property, and their very health. All we did was buy a house, and yes we were Lied to by the Vendor, and Yes the conveyancing solicitor was negligent, we were Lied to by everyone, and yes there is adequate evidence to sue, But the system that Corrupt solicitors use ensures that you will never achieve access to justice to a successful claim. Because it will risk exposing the Frauds that they have all committed. crimes They have all profited out of our suffering, they all profited out of our property, our investment not theirs their investment ours, we worked hard to get where we were. they just came in and took our Property not just because they could, but because no one stopped them. In this situation you are completely unprotected, and by the time they have taken your property, its already too late. The system that exist does not provide Protection for you, me, and Joe Public, we are all exposed to being targeted if investors and corrupt solicitors operate collaboratively, if there is something Valuable that cannot be taken legally, but can be made to appear legal, that is their MO once they get what they want that could be your elderly parent’s property, your son, your daughter, yours. Once the deed is Done you will face one cover up after another, and each time you are resisted every step of the way. How is an ordinary person expected to protect themselves, when there is no legislation in Place that gives us the consumer even the most basic protection, nowt, Zero. you have more protection purchasing a washing machine for God’s sake! and the corrupt solicitor has protection coming out his Ass, he doesn’t even have to deal with you, his membership to the law society will take care of everything. We did no harm to anyone. we committed no offences, broke no laws, all we did was Buy a house, and attempt to create a beautiful garden, our previous property had a stunning garden that we created. This evil conducted against us was a thrill of power, they count help letting us know how much enjoyment they derived in causing us suffering, they behaved and showed traits associated with sociopaths, Pure Savage Greed!
