I cannot find it justifiable that Any one from the legal industry could have operated against, and defend a cover up that has endured for 27yrs, and for those 27yrs caused victims to suffer pain and injustice. Victims of cover ups are treated like a contaminant by the establishment and its cross party alliances that coexist together. The Law Society its self should be examined if it is a fit an proper organisations to make such awards. This Private industry registered as a "Ltd Company" is in fact a monopoly, and who have overarching powers via our police service. by a voluntary agreement of a MOU between the law society and the ACPO, this allows for "not acknowledgement" of crimes committed against victims of corrupt solicitors. this is a dangerous and destructive conflict of interest of victims rights and coded of practice, which are over ridded by the LS and the police via the Mou a voluntary agreement, that between them decided access to Justice for the victims. they join forces in a collaborative Blockade of the victim in seeking justice.
