Thank you for your reply, but I am afraid that you may have missed the point and the issues I have put before you. I am not asking for you to get involved in an individual case, my case if far from individual when there is a myriad of organisations set up to deal precisely with the issues I have raised. These Organisation do not operate to help victims of predatory solicitors, I have tried for 11yrs only to find that I am being obstructed from Justice By the Police and the Law Society in a combined effort to protect the perpetrators. I on the other hand have no protection from corruption and fraud, nor do I have the opportunity as all victims of crime have, because of a Voluntary MOU between the ACPO that has the affect of deflecting criminal proceedings from taking place. I have been vilified by the police for trying to bring a criminal case against a well organised network of Fraudsters. I have in my possession irrefutable evidence of perverting the course of Justice, harassment, Duress, and Fraud. But he police insist there is no evidence of crime, it does not, as you have adviced in your email depend on how much evidence there is for a criminal investigation and prosecution, it depends on whether the law Society allows victims free and fair access to justice via our police, and that the police are completely independent from the obligations put upon them from a "private industry" the law society, who are unlawfully allowed to interfere in my rights to access justice, serve only one purpose, and that is to protect their members. I ask the Justice Department to look seriously at the implications this has had for me and my late partner Karen Birta. Investigations are as in my case have the pretence of investigation, I say that because none of my evidence has been recorded by the police against the network of fraudsters who stole my house.
