Campaign against illegal and unnecessary exercise to sign indirectly or directly by applying position's power, a service agreement in between duration of FIXED TERM CONTRACTS. All aircraft technicians have already signed a FIXED TERMS contract during joining or renewal to HR Department of AIESL, at the time of joining or renewal. But an "updated" service agreement has been circulated threatening to stop increment in salary if not submitted before 22 March 2024. We all oppose it, because in this agreement format no changes in post, positions and a blank salary structure are written. Salary, increment, carrier progression and back wages, all are pending before High Court Delhi. During pendency make it compulsory to sign an agreement which violates FTE norms, personal dignity and human factor is illegal exercise and unnecessary also. So, Aircraft Technocrats Welfare Association oppose it and all members are restraining themself to sign such type of agreement till final verdict of the Court.
