Elon Musk’s illegal access to the U.S. Treasury systems and data, and installation of software on government systems (Google Gemini on USAID computers) resulting in the storage of information and sensitive data outside of those government systems, marks Elon as an enemy of the United States of America. His access is not granted legally and not approved by Congress. Although he acts on the orders of the Executive Branch, those orders are not based in the legal framework of our government.

Every U.S. citizen is an affected by this. Elon Musk will continue to penetrate sensitive government computer systems, access data, and install new, unauthorized software which may ultimately compromise national security until he is stopped.
