We, the students of our beloved law school, are expressing our profound dissatisfaction with the leadership of Dean Anthony Varona. The administration’s questionable dealings with the Korematsu center have raised serious concerns among us who believe in the principles of transparency and accountability in our law education. Given the recent displacement of many valued professors from our establishment, we are concerned with the administration and the future of the law school. This perceived disregard for academic unity has become detrimental to the nurturing of an education environment we all deserve and makes us question his ability to lead a law school. This is a call to all students in Seattle, WA, and across the nation who value integrity in their academic administration to stand up and plead for transparent and competent leadership.
