Protestors in Iran cannot go to hospitals as they are controlled by the government and they will be taken to prison. Many of these protestors are kids. Additionally, people who want to donate blood to help the injured, know that none of it would be delivered to people in need.

Thus, we need a neutral entity like Doctors Without Borders to operate in Iran specifically in the Kurdistan and Sistan & Baluchestan regions where the majority of massacre happens.
