We, the loyal fans of COD as a game, franchise and esport, were sad to see when we tuned in to the inaugural stream of the Call of Duty League, that the skilled and adored desk host from the Call of Duty World League season of the year prior, Katie Bedford, had not gotten her contract renewed, and had been replaced by a new host.

This is a change for the worse, a change that we as a community did not want.

Katie Bedford was good on the desk from the get-go, and has only improved from then, and quickly turned in to a community favorite as far as League personalities goes. Last season she was at times the only bright glimmer on the desk, and now that glimmer has been snuffed away from us.

It's not too late for you to fix this. It's still time for you to get Katie on board for the rest of the 2020 season, and give us all a glimmer back on the desk.
