Call for vote of no confidence in Mr Richard Gill CBE

Call for vote of no confidence in Mr Richard Gill CBE
The Issue
We urge the board members and trustees of the Arthur Terry Learning Partnership to acknowledge the growing dissatisfaction among parents and caregivers regarding the leadership of Mr. Richard Gill CBE, the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This petition serves as a formal request for a vote of no confidence and calls for his immediate resignation.
Over recent months, concerns have escalated regarding Mr. Gill's management practices and the overall direction in which the trust is headed. Under his leadership, there have been numerous reports of inadequate communication, lack of transparency in decision-making, and failure to address critical issues impacting the quality of education provided to our children. Under his leadership financial losses have mounted to unsustainable levels causing industrial action and resulting loss of education time for existing pupils. These lapses in leadership have resulted in declining trust and confidence among those who have entrusted their children's education to the partnership.
The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a vital educational institution that deserves capable and effective leadership. It is imperative that those at the helm of this organization prioritize the educational welfare of the students and consider the voices of parents and caregivers (and other supporters) who are deeply concerned about their children's future.
We believe urgent action is required to safeguard the reputation of the partnership and to ensure that its primary focus remains on providing high-quality education. A change in leadership is necessary for restoring confidence and setting a new direction that aligns with the values and expectations of our community.
We call on the board members and trustees to act swiftly and decisively. Please listen to the collective voice of parents and caregivers who are calling for a change. Sign this petition to demand a vote of no confidence and the immediate resignation of Mr. Richard Gill CBE, and to help us steer the Arthur Terry Learning Partnership towards a brighter and more promising future for all its students.
