According to the Economic Policy Institute, CEO compensation has grown by a staggering 1,322% since 1978, while worker compensation has only risen by a mere 18%. This alarming disparity highlights the urgent need for structural change. In 2022, the top 1% of earners took home 20.1% of all income in the United States, further exacerbating income inequality.

We propose legislations that enforce profit-sharing models, ensuring that employees benefit directly from the profits they help generate. This initiative would not only reduce income inequality but also foster a stronger, more equitable economy, as stated by the International Labour Organization.
