The views as expressed by Clare Daly and Mick Wallace in addressing the European parliament can no longer be said to represent the views of the Irish people they are paid to represent. 

This petition calls on both MEPs to step down as they have exhausted the mandate given to them by the Irish electorate with their ongoing calls for the capitulation of the state of Ukraine to Russia's military invasion

Their failure to hold Russia accountable for it's actions is a failing in their obligation to represent the Irish people, who more than many understand the value of sovereignty and self determination. We can no longer tolerate the views of these apologists of Russian imperialism
