From a deeply personal viewpoint, the actions of Donald Trump have stoked pain and frustration, damaging not just our international alliances but also deeply influencing the socio-political landscape at home. Trump's plans, such as the forced removal of Palestinians from Gaza, have upset international peace and justice. He has repeatedly abused his power, seeking retribution against those he perceives as adversaries, a disturbing violation of the democratic values we hold dear.

The dissolution of independent government bodies under his direction is a direct affront to our democratic structure. Additionally, his unconstitutional bypassing of congressional powers, refusal to comply with court orders, and acceptance of foreign and domestic emoluments reveals a patterns of governance that has no regard for the law.

One of the most alarming acts includes depriving citizens of their birthright citizenship, a fundamental right enshrined in our Constitution. This act adds to the litany of charges, including the corrupt dismissal of criminal charges against political allies like Eric Adams, and the unscrupulous use of his pardon power.

Notwithstanding his numerous unethical acts, the fallout on our living and social conditions has been overwhelmingly negative. Our country has been pushed deeper into divides, breeding discontent and anxiety among its people, a dire situation that calls for immediate correction.

In light of these concerning revelations, we firmly believe it's time to draw the line. We call on our governing institutions to impeach Donald Trump and reaffirm the principles upon which our country was built.
