As a long-time observer and shareholder, I have watched with growing concern as Sundar Pichai has led Google from being a world-class leader in search, AI, and numerous consumer product markets with in-roads to enterprise solutions, into an aimless leviathan with no clear direction or path to increased profitability. This is not just my personal observation but reflects the sentiments of many shareholders, consumers, and employees alike who believe there has been a clear dereliction of duty under his leadership.

Under Pichai's tenure since 2015, despite the growth of internet users worldwide by over 40% (source: Datareportal), Google's market share in search engines dropped from 92.96% to 87.35% (source: StatCounter). This decline is indicative of gross incompetence at the helm.

Furthermore, ongoing issues such as privacy concerns and antitrust investigations have tarnished Google’s reputation under his watch. These missteps not only affect the company’s image but also its bottom line - potentially leading to billions in fines (source: New York Times).

We are calling for an immediate shareholder vote on Sundar Pichai's position as CEO. It is time for new leadership that can restore confidence among stakeholders and steer this tech giant back towards innovation and profitability.
