Petition Summary
We, concerned citizens around the world, respectfully call on Chinese authorities to provide full transparency and to allow an independent review of the circumstances surrounding the death of actor Yu Menglong on 11 September 2025 in Beijing.

Why This Matters

Release of all investigation findings—including forensic reports, building safety inspections, and witness statements—in a manner that respects privacy but ensures accountability.
Independent review by qualified third-party forensic and safety experts separate from local authorities.
Public safety inspection of the building where the incident occurred, with results disclosed to prevent future tragedies.
Protection for potential witnesses so anyone with relevant information may come forward without fear of reprisal.
