CHAPTER 753. 

Exempt for emergency home use, medical needs and construction equipment run on propane/natural gas generators sales from 3,000 to 10,000 watt size from Assembly Bill No. 1346 CHAPTER 753. Still need to comply to CARB STANDARDS 2021.
