First impressions matter, and we want Sacramento policy makers to clearly see that the community is behind efforts to Bring Back the Kern as soon as they receive this petition. We plan on sharing this petition with them next week, so can you please commit to getting several more people to sign? We urgently need more support.


You can share directly with friends and family, post to Facebook Groups, NextDoor, Instagram, etc. There are lots of ways to get more people involved. We will continue to grow this petition after we initially share it with policy makers, so don't stop sharing after next week, but please prioritize it in the next few days. 

Thanks to your help, this petition and the cause of restoring the river has gotten increasing coverage in the media (see attached article, which mentions this petition). We need to continue to build support for this cause by keeping this non-partisan, crucial topic in people's minds.
