The FitnessGram PACER test is a pointless, unfair, and cruel form of fitness testing. This test is damaging to students both physically and mentally, as it is anxiety inducing and many students with asthma or other health complications are not excused from the test. The PACER Test is also an unfair measurement of a students level of fitness, as not everyone has the ability to run back and forth at an increasing speed for minutes on end.
