This petition was started about a year ago.  At that time, I thought maybe if it received around 30-40 supporters, I could convince California State Parks or Torrey Pines Docent Society to at least do some initial testing on the trees.  Boy, was I wrong!  Instead, it received overwhelming support of over 300 signatures and State Parks increased their resistance and asked me to remove the petition.  I didn't.

During this past year, I had the condensed fog and pine needles analyzed, identified tree symptoms not caused by drought or bark beetles, joined with a couple scientists to publish a paper, put together a new video and started a new web page to post all the information.  Links are below.

This is an important petition.  My position is that increasing UV radiation and aluminum poisoning caused by aerial spraying of our skies weaken trees and create an environment that is attractive to the symbiotic culture of fungus and beetles.
