There are a few things in the details of Chesters death which deserve a 2nd look.

1) There were 2 different beers at the scene. Chester has the alcohol level of as though he had drank possibly 1/2 of Corona beer. However, the other beer was also 1/2 empty. This shows that someone else was there.

2) Chester was NOT suicidal. He was looking forward to the upcoming tour throughout the USA. Just because he dealt with suicidal thoughts and depression in the past does not mean he was suicidal at the time of his death. It is felt that someone jumped to conclusions so much so that the scene was instantly treated as though it was a suicide when protocol shows that regardless of assumptions, the scene should have been treated as though it was a murder investigation and it was not.

3) He had 3 broken ribs and a broken pinky... WHY? CPR was never given due to the amount of time he had been dead when he was found. So how do you explain the broken ribs and pinky finger?

4) The 911 call in itself was questionable. I don’t care which state you call from, the FIRST question asked by a 911 operator is “Who am I speaking with?” And they will repeat that question until you give them a NAME! Not once did the operator request a name. I’m not sure if this has anything to do with his death however it warrants review.

5) The morning Chester passed, his wife at the time, Talinda, posted that Chester was “dead before he was hung” in a twitter post. She also made 2 other posts 1 stating she was having an affair with a co-worker of Chesters. Talinda quickly stated that she was Hacked however twitter did not provide proof as to hey have in the past. This causes us to believe she simply got scared of negative aftermath of her posts if she had not stated that she was hacked.
