Dion Hayes is an innocent man who was found guilty of crimes he did not commit. Since being found guilty 2 of his convictions have been overturned (which was 2 attempted Murders) he has 1 standing which is Aiding and abetting to commit murder. No proof was found against him all of the District Attorney witnesses stated on the stand that Dion Hayes is not the person that they saw committing this crime. There is absolutely no evidence linking him to this crime. We are asking that he get released as soon as possible on the grounds of "No evidence" and his due process rights were violated. The District Attorney amended the charge from murder to aiding and abetting once trial started. Although they do have the right to do so, Dion's defense attorney stated on record that he was not able to build the proper defense for Dion against the amended charge. It is Dion's right to have proper defense against every charge that he is charged with. The judge denied Dion's objection and still proceeded with trial. Dion got found guilty on the amended charge in which he did not have a proper defense for. We are asking that he be released on the grounds of his due process rights were violated.
