Everyone at changethechiefs.com wants to extend our thanks to everyone who has supported the movement to change the Native American mascot at James Caldwell High School. Our petition just crossed 4,000 signatures! Let's keep going!

Today, we are asking you to please email the Caldwell/West Caldwell Board of Education in support of changing the Caldwell 'Chiefs' name and mascot. Any contact with the BOE in and out of the community makes a difference, and we must keep the pressure on the Board to change the mascot!

Our movement is gaining momentum. Please continue to share the petition to as many people as you can, keep this conversation going, and seek out the voices of Native Americans. The best thing we can do as a community is address systemic racism, and make our community a better place. We absolutely can do this!
