The Taylor Wimpey Kingsmead estate has been home to many residents and families for more than 5 years, yet roads, drains and pavements are still in a state that is not fit for purpose.  This petition aims to highlight the immediate need for improvements to the surfaces, both for vehicle and resident access. This ranges from the levelling of road surfaces and footpaths, removing exposed and extremely low drains/manhole covers, as well as repairing damaged and missing  curbside edges along the entire site.
