Show your support for the LGBT+ community!

25,000 people have signed a petition to ban a Cadbury’s cream egg advert, as it shows two men kissing; on the grounds of religious beliefs.

Lots of publicity has been given to the petition - so let’s see how many signatures we can get to support the advert - and during LGBT+ history month, let’s send a strong message of support to LGBT+ people from all over the world! 

It is important that LGBT+ voices are not silenced and we must continue to fight to remove any stigma, or shame from LGBT+ imagery.  We need to vote with our wallets and our conscience;  irrespective of your background or sexual orientation, there is a place for you in an Inclusive society. 

What we ignore we condone, so we are determined to send a strong message, about the type of equitable and accepting society we want for ourselves and our families.  When we target specific underrepresented and marginalised communities we promote a message of intolerance, and it is not just that community who suffer, it is all of us.
