I didn't think it was possible.  I file a grievance with Sutter Health Plus (SHP).  They  "reviewed" my record that THEIR providers and staff complete; and I don't have access to.  I am never contacted for clarification or to state what actually happened.  They, in turn, uphold erroneous decisions of bias.

I have access to handful of doctors...NONE are acceptable.  Doctors are allowed not treat patients, but I am not allowed to choose a doctor I feel comfortable with. 

They processed an "exception" to UC Davis for a PCP (primary doctor) and an oncologist.  However, Larissa at SHP REFUSED to update my record when she was informed the Davis oncologist referral was not processed on UC Davis' side because who I chose didn't treat my cancer and I will not use two doctors, born outside the U.S. and whom barely have two years on their own past internship!!!

I have NO contact at SHP as Larissa refuses to do her job; coordinate MY care.  At this point, I will continue without PCP or oncology coverage until Open Enrollment in August!  

Considering my type of cancer has a 75 recurrence rate, it would be nice if these cancer doctors and their staff, remember the patients and not their profits should come first.  

Cancer is the new cold.  The medical field is jaded and doesn't care this "version" can actually kill people.
