As citizens of this great nation, we believe our voices should matter, our opinions should be heard, and our concerns addressed by those in power. This sentiment lies at the very core of our identity, and it is based on this that we introduce the "By The People, For The People State Voting Association".

Help us hold politicians accountable. We're proposing that 100 elected officials, two from each state, have the power to review and decide on keeping or removing certain individuals and laws. If they're suspected of breaking laws or criminal activity, they will be removed immediately and put under investigation. The objective of this Association is to elect two state representatives from each of the 50 states, thereby ensuring that national decisions are an accurate reflection of the collective will. Each state would have two votes in a body entrusted with reviewing and, if deemed necessary, overriding laws or politicians who have failed to uphold the principles of our democracy. This would include situations where the public believes a crime has been committed or when the actions of an appointee are not in line with the prevailing sentiment of the populace.

Additionally, any person or law that comes under scrutiny in this system will face immediate removal pending a further and thorough investigation. This clause aims to emphasize accountability, a vital component of any functioning democracy.
