This website consists of taking photos and information from government websites and posting them on their own websites for their own profit. They pay google to put their website at the top of the search engine showing mugshots of individuals. Usually the site will show up before Facebook or any other popular sites when your name is googled. This website then charges individuals to have their picture and information removed from their website.

Not only is this extortion but a legal form of blackmail. This should not be legal. Most of these people have already paid their debt to society and have learned their lessons and have put these mistakes behind them. Come to find out that they are being exploited and humiliated online for a company's personal gain. This is not only embarrassing for the individual, but also hindering for the individuals family, career and future.

These websites are clearly taking advantage of and exploiting the Freedom of Information Act and must be stopped.
