You may have noticed that this year Bunnings has gotten rid of its ‘lowest prices are just the beginning’ slogan on its adverts. 

This catchphrase was the best part of the ad and a quintessential part of Aussie childhood. What is Bunnings without its lowest prices?

Bunnings stated that the rising popularity of online shopping was putting pressure on them and losing the slogan would benefit them economically. 
Director Mike Schneider said the removal of the slogan was a way to 'refresh' and 'upgrade' the store's brand. 

However many financial experts disagree saying that this change would not make the slightest difference.
