Dear Fairfax Country Park Authority,

We, the undersigned neighbors of Spring Hill Recreation Center, are writing to you in a petition format to express our disappointment in the lack of tennis courts at the facility. Despite numerous expansions of soccer fields, it is sad that there are still no tennis courts.

Tennis is a popular recreational activity that should be made available to all members of the local community. Tennis is a great way to promote physical activity, improve mental health, and foster social connections. Many of us would like to see a dedicated space for tennis at Spring Hill Recreation Center.

Furthermore, the surrounding neighborhood is one of the highest tax revenue generating neighborhoods in the county (and one of the few without public tennis courts) so we should be able to find ample budget for a few tennis courts. As taxpayers, we believe that our tax dollars should be used to provide quality recreational facilities, including tennis courts, for the community.

The addition of tennis courts will help promote healthy lifestyles and contribute to the overall well-being of the community.

We strongly request that you prioritize the building of tennis courts at Spring Hill Recreation Center in time for the summer. We believe that this will benefit the community as a whole and promote a healthy, active lifestyle for all. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
