To negotiate with the council of Basingstoke to make an indoor skate park or to shelter skate parks so that skateboarders and BMXers have a place where they can skate during the winter months as the normal skateparsk cannot be ridden, this means that we will stop getting in trouble with the police or mall security.

We understand that other skate parks are being developed but a place is need for when it rains and outdoor skate parks or street skate areas can’t be used, we do not want one built in the festival place building or in the mall of Basingstoke town centre but rather be eco-friendly and refurbishing one of the abandoned offices or car parks and have it refurbished and changed into an indoor lace to skateboard.

This will also allow skateboarders and BMXers to have a place to use when it rains or is still light at night, and is a safe area or somewhere where they will not constantly be moved on by the local security of the mall, the local mall is a very popular skate place for most people, so an indoor area needs to be built so that the local mall does not need to constantly be telling people to move on or constantly being moved by security or police, a designates sheltered or indoor area to skateboard would be best for both parties.
