Petition for the Creation of a Parkour Park in Los Angeles

To: The Mayor and City Council of Los Angeles

We, the undersigned residents of Los Angeles, respectfully request the creation of a parkour park in our city.

Parkour is a physical discipline that involves the movement of the body through an environment, using only the abilities of the body to negotiate obstacles. It is a rapidly growing sport that has become popular all over the world, but there are currently limited opportunities for individuals to practice and hone their skills in the Los Angeles area.

A parkour park would provide a safe and accessible space for individuals to practice and improve their parkour abilities, as well as provide a new and exciting recreational opportunity for the community. It would also provide a space for parkour communities to gather and collaborate, promoting a sense of camaraderie and community spirit.

The benefits of parkour go beyond physical health and wellness. It also promotes mental and emotional well-being, as it requires focus, determination, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the creation of a parkour park would have economic benefits, as it would attract tourists and parkour enthusiasts from all over the world, boosting the local economy.

We respectfully request that the City of Los Angeles allocate the necessary funds and resources to create a parkour park, and work with Zeyad Zoromba and the local parkour community to ensure that the park is designed and maintained to meet the needs of its users.
