The residents of Lorenzen Bay, Raglan would like to petition the local council to install a footpath so that local kids don't have to walk along a busy road to the bus stop each day. The grass verge, although sometimes an option, gets flooded after rain, and most days is too muddy to use. This also highlights the need for a kerb and channel to be built at the same time. 

Recently a new bus stop was built at the end of Lorenzen Bay Road which is where kids catch the bus. To get to that bus stop the only access is along Lorenzen Bay on the road, where cars pulling off the highway do so at speed sometimes.
