International fans have been staying up all night just to get tickets for the Speak Yourself The Final concert in Seoul. It is being suspected that Internation ARMYs are being blocked from buying a concert ticket for the Korean Interpark has been working just fine. Although the site is showing '*number of seats* available', there are no seats that can be selected. A large number of seats are appearing every 1-2am KST but still, no one is successful in getting one. In great hope, International Fans wake up during those times but end up getting nothing.

Some fans who already got their ticket receives confirmation emails of their "Cancellation" of their tickets even though they did not cancel their ticket.

With this situation, a proper statement and explanation is needed. Whether the Tickets are all sold out not, the site fails to manage the number of people using it, or the site is hacked. ARMYs need their explanation to not get anymore false hope.
