My friend, a fellow student at BT High School currently faces suspension and possibly expulsion for scratching his itching crotch area. This is a violation of his constitutional right to scratch his balls.  Every man, woman and child has the inalienable right to scratch any part of the body he/ she wishes including the crotch area. Men especially are accused every day of sexual misconduct when they are in fact only trying to get in some wholesome scratching. "Screw that dean bitch, let Johnny itch."
