My best-friend, Savanna, is being kept unjustly and against her will in a "nuthouse" so to speak, otherwise known as the Brynn Marr Hospital.

Savanna had just been discharged from Charlotte Presbyterian hospital (for reasons that were just but reasons I choose not to disclose) and was almost IMMEDIATELY taken to Kings Mountain Hospital after her discharge, where she waited to be transferred over 300 miles across the state to Brynn Marr Hospital.

How many hospitals do you find that you can't even say ONE good thing about? Brynn Marr Hospital is one; there's little to no supervision, interference, interaction, and in my solid opinion- an abuse of power.

"Why'd they send her that far?"
Because her mother lied, saying that Savanna was "out of control" and more. I know for a fact that these accusations are false because I was a witness to what ACTUALLY occurred.

What kind of parent locks their child away so they can still receive their government benefits, but NOT have to deal with them in order to do so? I never could've thought a mother so capricious even existed, but I do now. Not only is it morally wrong, it's illegal.

Our goals is to get Savanna discharged from Brynn Marr Hospital as soon as possible and begin the process of emancipation as she will be 16 years of age this October. The charges of the emancipation process are to be payed by relatives and myself. Savanna is better off raising her self considering how poorly her mother does it. Myself and others would have a part in her new life on her own, helping her with bills and such when and if needed and until such time when she is employed and can do all these things herself. I would- until the surgery to remove her tumor, eliminating seizures- take her to any and all appointments she has, accompanied by my mother.

Savanna has not only been a victim of verbal, physical, and sexual abuse, she's also been a victim of neglect.
