Essential workers should not be paid “under the table,” denied benefits or overtime pay, or be intimidated into participating in tax avoidance schemes. We demand Lincoln Markets be investigated! 

Lincoln Markets is exploiting essential workers and no company in this state should be allowed to refuse to compensate employees legally and fairly. With a state mandated minimum wage and protections in place for workers, state, county and federal agencies need to enforce regulations and protect workers from fraud, abuse, exploitation and wage theft.

Only by shining a spotlight on this type of abuse can it be defeated. We, the undersigned, ask for investigation and enforcement action to protect essential workers from exploitation and greed.
