We are being asked to vacate our space in Southpoint Mall for no reason. When asked Brookfield properties stated the mall has "too many shoe stores". However we wouldn't be allowed to stay even if we sell something other than shoes. As a successful business in a mall with vacant locations it makes no sense to ask us to leave. We believe Southpoint Mall Management and Brookfield properties are associating recent violent incidents at the mall with our store as we are minority owned and operated.
