Thank you to all those that supported and sent in your emails to Ministry  of Environment for the waste treatment faulty plant on French Drive . 
I had follow up call with Ministry and an inspection was done today Friday February 27th at the plant . We had approximately 22 people send in emails regarding the waste treatment plant smell . Not as many as I hoped for this long going issue . 

I know that over winter many people have not been out and the smell is not as noticeable as our spring , summer and fall months but once that warm weather returns so will the smell . 
I encourage our community to report smells to Ministry of Environment and city of Mono . This will not disappear and we need to keep active on this as we wait 
for the report from Halla from the ministry . 
I am confident that she has our best interests and will help us achieve a solution to this matter. Halla has informed me that she will not be taking things lightly and she will be holding Brookfield accountable for our health and safety regarding this matter . 
Also waiting to hear back from Town of Mono for our community meeting and seeking clarification and resolution to the situation for the faulty waste treatment plant . 
Our next steps will be taken from that report from Ministry of Environment and the Town meeting as to where we go next . Keep checking emails for updates from the petition.
