Hello Fieldstone Community,

I wanted to provide you all with an important update. I’ve received a call from the Ministry of Environment, and they’ve asked me to reach out to the community. They would like everyone to share their experiences, frustrations, and details about the odors from the wastewater treatment plant. Please take some time to email Halla Salih at halla.salih@ontario.ca with your feedback.

Now is the time to speak up, because your voice truly makes a difference. Without your support, things don’t move forward. This is our opportunity to push Brookfield to ensure compliance and improve our community’s quality of life.

We can’t go on another spring and summer with that horrendous smell ! 

Also just a reminder if you notice unpleasant smells to please report immediately by email to http://www.ontario.ca/page/report-pollution-and-spills

and city of mono  these complaints are being logged and reported.
